Storage efficiency added

Batteries and pumped hydro now have a realistic efficiency rating, to reflect losses incurred over charge-discharge cycles. These have both been set to 80%, in keeping with typical values found in industrial installations.

New class “Burst” added

A new class “Burst” has been added to enable static models to be more dynamic. The existing static models (wind, sun intensity and consumer demand) have a sample rate of one per hour simulation time, with intermediate values being linearly interpolated.
